What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They can be used for many things, including keeping you signed in, remembering preferences, measuring traffic, or building advertising profiles. We use them for one thing only.
What we use
Strictly necessary — sign-in session
When an AssistAIX staff member signs in to the private /admin area, our authentication provider (Supabase) stores a session token in your browser so you don't have to re-enter your password on every page. This token is required for the admin to function and is not used for tracking. It is cleared when you sign out.
If you never sign in to /admin, no cookies of any kind are set on your device.
What we do not use
- No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar analytics scripts.
- No advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
- No social-media "like" or share trackers.
- No third-party cross-site tracking of any kind.
Because we don't use tracking cookies, there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the sign-in cookie will prevent the admin area from working for staff, but has no effect on public pages.
Changes
If we ever add analytics or other cookies, we will update this page, change the "Last updated" date, and if legally required, present a consent banner before those cookies load.
