Who we are
"AssistAIX", "we", "us" means AssistAIX Inc., a company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You can reach us at hello@assistaix.com.
What this site is
assistaix.com is our marketing site. It explains what we do, shows case studies of past work, and lets you contact us or book an introductory call. Nothing on the site is a binding offer of services — a separate written agreement covers any actual engagement.
Using the site properly
You agree that you will not:
- Use the site in a way that breaks the law.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the contact form or booking scheduler.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, admin area, or other users' data.
- Scrape, copy, or reuse content from the site (including case studies) for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Introduce malware, spam, or automated traffic intended to disrupt the site.
Case studies and content
Case studies describe real work we have done for clients. When a client is named, we do so with their permission. When a case study is marked as anonymized, identifying details have been removed or generalized. All text, images, and design on the site are owned by AssistAIX or licensed to us.
Bookings and calls
Booking a call reserves a time slot in our calendar. Calls are free and non-binding. We may reschedule or cancel a call for any reason; if we do, we will let you know as soon as we can.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. By using the site you also agree to that policy.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Statements on the site are informational and are not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssistAIX Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
Changes to the site or these terms
We may change the site's content, features, or these terms at any time. If we make material changes to the terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively before the courts sitting in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
