AssistAIX Inc. is a business automation consultancy based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@assistaix.com.
What we collect
Information you send us
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company, industry, and the message you write.
- Call booking: name, email, phone (optional), company, industry, and the time slot you pick.
Information we do not collect
- We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
- We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
- We do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your inquiry or hold the call you booked.
- To send you follow-up information you asked for.
- To keep records of communication and bookings for our own reference.
Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in operating our business and responding to prospective clients.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions and bookings are kept for as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to maintain business records, typically no longer than three years from your last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your record sooner (see "Your rights").
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small number of processors to run the site. They act under contract, only on our instructions:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for our contact submissions, bookings, and case-study content.
- Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the website.
These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We select providers that offer contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the data involved.
Security
Traffic to and from the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Submissions are stored in access-controlled databases and are visible only to AssistAIX staff who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep data reasonably protected against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including Quebec under Law 25, other Canadian provinces under PIPEDA, the EU/UK under the GDPR, and U.S. states with applicable privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Children
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email if you have an active engagement with us.
